Best For Fat Burning

I always train first thing in the am. I only go to the gym once a day. Which would be the best for fat burning/building muscle???

1:*****This is what I am currently doing*****
-Wake up
-Eat oats, whey, coffee, e&c
-Weight train
-Cardio (40+ mins)
-Eat oats, whey, coffee

OR

2:
-Wake up
-Coffee e&c
-Cardio (40+ mins)
-Eat oats, whey
-Weight train
-Eat oats and whey

Thanks

Im thinking you will get several answers. I would say honestly both would be effective. But I don't prefer working out with nothing in me. Go with option one for a week or two, then go with option 2.

I would do #1 and only do 20 minutes of cardio after weights...

Yeah, based on previous posts I read. I'd say do #1, and some HIIT cardio right after (for only 10-20 minutes).
