ripping up

Hi there i have been bulking up for 9 months now an i weight 13 an a 1/2 stone i feel iam ready to rip up now i was wondering if anyone has got some good training tips for ripping up and dieting tips.

train how you train. Lower your calories slowly from were you are now so begin your diet. It is all in your diet.

13 1/2 stones huh? I figure I weigh 57 1/2 pizzas or 1,610 donuts or my personal favorite 153 1/2 draft beers!

do i still eat my 5 meals a day just heathyer or do i cut it back down to 3?
