Can someone please explaine to me these two folling excersises from the power/rep/shock routine...
Triceps- Single arm dumbell extension
Deltoids-"Cheat" lateral
I think I have an idea what these are but I am not to sure so it would be much appreciated if someone were to explaine them out for me

thanks for the help, I was trying to remember that website... Can you tell me though what is a "cheat" lateral for detloids, what does the cheat entail and makes it different from a normal lateral raise??
Simple search on cheat lateral brought up this thread. Searching is GOOOOD
