Well the only way to really increase your RMR is to add muscle, for every pound of muscle your body burns an extra 50 - 100 calories a day. Although exercise will increase your RMR for a little bit after the exercise, I'm not sure how much though
Ever since i was like 4 years old my metabolism has been very slow...i just lossed about 100lbs doin weight lifting and cardio and cutting calories. I was wondering...i really dont know anything about my metabolism now but..i have a fixed diet of 2200 calories a day withint 5 meals with good foods.. i weight 200 lbs now . Now for cardio..in the morning i have been doing 15-20 minutes of HIIT running on a track right when i get up. Is this incresasing my RMR at all?? I eat breakfast an hour after running.

It is prolly not raising your metabolism directly if you are at maintenance. It IS raising your metabolism indirectly thru excess postexercise oxygen consumption (EPOC).
If sense were common, everyone would have it.
