    Wrists Pain..?

    Whenever i lift anything over like 60 lbs my wrists hurt I wonder wtf's wrong any ideas what I can do? Im prob just a weakling lolz but i must keep going

    You are probably lifting heavier than you can so you canīt properly hold the weight. Lift something of 5 lbs and see the position of your wrists. That is the same position you need to get when lifting something heavier.

    Meh what do you mean like my wrists should be in same position...

    Btw i'm talking about vertical lifts...like when i stand up mostly

    anytime my wrists hurt when I lift...I just try EZ bars..usually gets rid of my problems

    meh hafta wait a month till i can go back @ a gym cuz my parents bought a new house and bs bs bs ... lolz.. so now all i have is a a 20lb dumbell and a thing they use to bench press but my bench is broken so all i can do is curls and standing up curls with the big thing..errm god i'm not good with naming things

    you most likely have tendonitis(overuse). i have had alot of problems with it, mainly from doing curls. take a anti inflammatory and ice it after workouts.

    I'm 16 and i only work out 1hr a day..can't have tendoinitis

    When i was 15 i used to get sore wrists, it was probley tendonitis (or somthing similar, i arnt a doctor) as i used to train 1 1/2 hour a day with medium heavy weights (medium to my individual maxium) and my wrist used to really hurt when i did curls.

    Also i found that doing close grip bench presses with hand to close and pressing movments that made my wrist arch back (using bad form) made my wrist hurt all the time.
