    what are your goals?

what time do you plan to go to sleep at? doing cardio that late at night can make it hard to fall asleep.

Otherwise, as long as diet is in line and well structured then there is no harm.

once a day cardio is plenty. HIIT (intervals) is better IMO. And you needn't do it everyday. As stated before, make sure that your diet is in line.

You're not eating anywhere near enough food if you weigh 220 pounds. When I was cutting, I was eating 2300 calories per day @ 200 pounds. I lost 2 pounds per week. Therefore, I could've lost weight eating about 2800 calories per day. That looks like about 1500 calories to me depending on portions.

I try to only do cardio on days that I don't lift. However, doing it at night that far apart from lifting should be okay as long as you correct your diet.

you should NEVER go to bed on an empty stomach, not if keeping maximum amounts of LBM is a priority...

A little off topic.... BUT does anyone else think Atherjen looks exceptionally hot in this new avatar?
I don't train hard, eat right, and do the things I do for others. I do it for myself.

....did I mention the ladies too???
