I hate HST. I wouldn't do the routine if I was paid to.
I've been reading up on HST and I think I understand it pretty well. Can anyone with experience tell me how well this works? I'm a little hesitant to experiment on a routine that does only 1-2 sets per muscle group and trains the entire body 3 times a week. Any feedback/tips would be appreciated.

I enjoyed it, nice changeup. I made some changes to the program, making it 6 days (cut the program in half) and added back/leg volume.
I did it for 5 weeks, not 6.

HST is definetly good for a change. doing full-body workouts really boost your endurance. I have never followed it to a T, but was pretty close did for for about 3 months straight...
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
