    Question forarm and wrist exercises

    guys what are some really good exercisesfor stregthening the forarms to make them biggerr? Nothing impresses me more than to see a bodybuilder with massive forarms. Also what is good for stregthening the wrist muscles as well. thx y'all!

    When I was younger I used to put my forearms on a bench and do wrist curls with a barbell.

    I also used to use a rope that had a handle on one end and a weight on the other, and then holding my arms out straight I would roll the rope up on the handle until the weight reached the top, then roll it down, and repeat.

    Wrist Curl
    Reverse Wrist Curl

    Try not to use wrist straps if you can help it.

    Yeah, anymore I feel that my forearms get hit enough when I work back. I do not use any straps.

    -barbell wrist curl
    -dumbell wrist curl
    -behind the back wrist curl
    -reverse wrist curl
    -dumbell twists
    -plate holds
    -reverse curl
    -hammer curl
    -gripper
    -preacher reverse curl
    -cable reverse curl
    -hammer cable rope curl

    That should be enough to get started!!

    The guys at the gym I use do that one..

    I get a good pump on them during arm and back training. If I was serious, as in shows and things, I would follow gopro's advice.
