    Unhappy Dilema

    Well I starting school again, i go 8-1:45, but after school i have soccer practice (wich pretty much drains all energy i have) I get home around maybe 5 5:30...And then i shower do some hw (on rare occations ) And eat...but where do i put in my workouts? I know that it isent so great to workout before bed...I dont realy know what do do...i guess ill just have to train at night. Any help?

    I get up at 5 - 5:30 am every morning so i can workout before goint to work .

    skip school from 12:00-1:00 ... theres your workout

    how about this , might be a bad idea, after you get from soccer eat take a shower , rest for 1 hour or so and then hit the gym

    the problem is you are trying to fit workout out around school. you need to get your priorities straight. working out comes 1st, then soccer, then shool. school needs to be worked in around your workout.

    1/ Talk to the coach about skipping some of the soccer workouts if possible, or getting out early to workout some days.
    2/ Workout in the morning before school.
    3/ Wait till soccer season is over
    4/ Workout 3 days a week - one tough workout on a soccer day, then Sat. and Sun.

    Thanks for the help, but somtimes after a really hard practice i cant even move...so im going to wait until the practices arent so hard (begging of soccer seoson...all conditioning=SPRINTS) and until my body gets used to it and i dont get so sore.
