    Need great help.

Let me tell you something. I want to gain weight. im 147 pounds and its very hard for me to gain weight. However, i need to run too. I find that if i dont run, a multitude of problems arise: my libido goes down, my asthma goes up, blood doesnt flow as well etc. I HAVE TO RUN. But i also want to gain weight. Its a big dilemma Bu ti want to know what i can do. Now i cant workout for awhile because i stretched a nerve on my right side. Im wondering what i should do now and what to do when i come back to lifting. Is it possible for me to gain weight if i run 3-4x a week? how much do i really have to eat? its really confusing me because right now, its very hard for me to gain weight.
Good, bad, im the guy with the gun-Army of Darkness

eating more calories will put the weight on but if your running 3-4 times a week you will be burning it off again so try eating high calorie foods late at night and all through the day but make sure you are eating at least 5 meals times a day. for a start just divide your normal 3 meals into 5 smaller ones and snack in between.
