    Question injuries

Good day all, and long time no see....

I find as I get older injuries to my body take longer to heal. Is there something I should be doing, or vitamins I should be taking that will speed up healing?

It's pretty friggen frustrating when it takes you 20 mins to get out of bed in the morning, and you feel you should be reaching for a walker...lol!

Stretch before and after you are done exercising and make sure you get enough rest between sessions (and at night).
