I recently found out that I have carpal tunnel syndrome in both wrists and a slight case of tendonitis in my right elbow. I picked up my perscription today for Bextra(Nsaid). I am hoping the pain goes away(and it should) but wondering if I should change my workout. It never was aggitated by the workout. I felt it was injured by my job duties.

I also notice that I feel a bit of stiffness in both elbows when I do skullcrushers. I feel it even with the warmup weight. Not pain really, but uncomfortable. Am I doing some damage?
