I am a senior in high school, and not quite satisfied with how strong I am/the way I look. I'm interested in working out, but I don't know the first thing about it, or where to start. I know I don't want to just start with random excersizes and not work out certain muscles and become unproportionate.


The only equipment I have are dumbbells and leg weights.

My question to you; Can I have a balanced and effective routine at home with only those two tools? If it is possible for me to have a balanced routine at home, then what excersizes should I be doing?

Any help would be VERY, VERY appreciated
