you are trying to rush your fat loss, which you can not do. we have all told you do do HIIT and drop all other cardio.

It all takes time, which is why so many people drop like flies along the way. Either you want it, and are willing to put in the work and wait for it, or perhaps you dont really want it.

    Stick to it.

besdies ok ssay if you did find a way to lose alot more quicker, you'll screw up your metabolism which then it'll be that much harder to maintain your weight and you'll also have ALOT of loose skin around you stomach arms, neck anywhere alot of fat is, and the only way to solve that is surgery. So you can take your pick
1 crash diet and screw the hell outta your metabolism and get alot of loose skin around your body and let your entire efforts go to waste cause you won't look that much better.
    OR
2 - you can lose weight the slow, healthy way without messing up your metabolism and limititng the loose skin so you can actually get the body you want, if you go with option 1 you'll never get the type of body you want

    1) slow and steady wins the race. I wouldn't want to loose more than 2lbs per week.

    2) If you didn't care about the amount of muslce that you have then you will always be fat. Don't worry about the weight. If anything when I diet I try and stay the same weight or as close to it as I can. fat loss NOT weight loss. Losing muscle will make you a skinnier version of your current self. Nothing more gross than a skinny fat guy. Persoanlly I'd rather be a shit hanging mess then skinny fat.

dude you are putting way too much thought into all this. you are creating posts faster than anyone can respond to them. lift weights, do cardio, and eat clean ..... it aint rocket science. do the right things and the results will come ..... it is a mathematical certainty. some you will notice quickly and some you may not see for a while. if you are doing the right things your body is going to take advantage of what you are doing for it and act accordingly. be patient and have fun with it.

Don't worry so much about "weight". You are going to be putting on muscle mass so your weight might not change as much as you would like it to. Go by how you look, your waistline, and your body composition and stop worrying about the scale.

WTF. Are you on a major weight loss or weight gain. I am confused. You are 196 but plan on losing 96lbs over the next year. That would make you 100 pounds. Then you say you want to get to 220. Do you know what you want, cause we cant help you if you dont give us straight info to help you?

For a 6pack to show, you need to have one in the first place. Which means a lot of hard exercise. As well as a good diet to enable muscle growth. If you simply want to diet to loost fat, all that you are likely to achieve is a concave stomach with a whole lotta ribs showing! Personally, i dont thing that is a pretty sight.
