Is there any way you could workout in school, maybe in a health/gym class? Also do you work every day? If not there are weekends you could workout on and if you have a day or two that you don't work fit some more in there.

Hey I was there believe me! I did it for years in high school and it was tough but I managed it. Diet is very tuff to manage while in school but it can be done, depending on your diet I use to eat in between classes (even though I wasn't allowed). I did everything possible to get my stuff done. I was also a waiter and have been for the past 8 years or so. Its definatly tuff to eat while working and when your in the weeds its the last thing on your mind. But when ever you get a chance just shovel some food down or a shake/protein bar. Leave a dish in the kitchen and every time you go in take a big bite, then make sure its swallowed by the time you go back out to the dining room.

O and chillllllll, done worry we are here to help ya out with these problems. Done sweat it once you get into the rythm of things everything will be much easier, its always like this once school starts. Just give it some time and things will find their place as long as you try to help them find their place Also what is your work schedual like? And don't do your entire routine in one day, if anything do a full body workout of just a few sets per muscle.

So you pretty much always get 2 days off a week correct? You could do an upper lower body split, or mix legs/back one day then chest/delts/arms the next day. Just don't do as much volume each day. You don't need to use that split b/c I'm sure there are much better out there but its just a general idea.

Also you can do the 5am thing. I did it when I had no time to lift and it worked fine. Just grap a cup of joe and run with it, its truely just for the dedicated though. Not easy waking up but you feel so good the rest of the day.

There are always ways to fit in diet and excercise you just need to want it bad enough. I know you can do it b/c you are stronger then many people I know just for even trying at your age. Just keep truckin girl you'll do fine and don't sweat it. If all else fails just take a little brake from everything and maybe just do cardio or something until you get situated with school and work. Thats last resort though, c'mon this is nothin for ya!

I used to have to be to work at 3:30AM and get out of my last class around 11PM, that sucked.

why not workout whenever you have time. You say it takes you like an hour and 15 mins to get ready to go? Why not get up 30 mins earlier and not waste time? I do realize your a girl, but an hour and 15 mins for school is excessive.
