dummbell pullovers
Are lying dummbell pullovers as effective as lying barbell pullovers for lats. I lie on the bench and hold a dummbell the same way I would if i werу doing tricep ext. but do a stiff arm pullover. The reason I started using a dummbell is because i just can't use the barbell due to pain in my right elbow. I can no longer do barbell pullovers or skull crushers. I get serious pain in my right elbow. Any imput would be helpful.

I have always done DB pullovers for chest and lats and they have equally worked fine, I have never found anything wrong with em. Just focus on using your back and getting a nice stretch. I find by keeping my arms straight out and locked with a deep stretch I hit the lats better then keeping my elbows bent and not going as low....give it a try and let us know how it works out.
