
I've been lifting 3-4x/wk, plus 2-3 cardio days to lose weight, and it seems to be going well. (@20lbs in 2.5 months) I'm curious as to what opinions people have as to what type of lifting would be good to do. I'm not to concerned about gaining size, but not against it either.
I've been doing 3-4 sets of 6-7 different lifts per session, 15 reps, with a different routine each time. Again, this seems to be working well (combined with diet and cardio.) I'm working on getting better on the food part (tracking, measuring, etc.) but could use some input on the lifts.
