SHould I Have my whey protein shake the second i finish hitting the weights then hit the track? or should I do my 20 minutes of HIIT then have the protein shake?


depends on you long you are lifting weights for. if for an hour you can wait to have the shake until you are down with the HIIT.
personally I would do HIIt on non-weight training days. as your RMR will already be elevated from the resistance training session. doing HIIT afterwards is only going to increase it but so much more...
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
