    Cardio

    i used to play soccer in high school but i am in college now. i really am not playing any sports so i need to work off some fat that i am accumulating because of all the pizza and candy. lol. what kind of cardio should i start off with in the gym? any particular routine that works good? what do yall do and like? thanks

    HIIT Cardio is the way to go. It has cut the time I have spent on cardio in half and definetely feels like it is affecting me more. check out this thread.

    I agree with pmech. I started doing it several months ago and it is much more effective and it saves time.

    to reduce fat use either HIIT cardio, MaxOT cardio or Guerialla Cardio. they all basically do the same thing...increase your RMR
    I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
