...for trying to drop bodyfat? I got into a conversation with a couple of trainers today, and one swore by high reps of med. weight, the other told me later he thought I should go to heavy weights to bulk up, and the %BF would drop on it's own, given a clean diet. I ususally do a short cardio warm up, then lift 3-4 days a week, with cardio on 2 or 3 other days. (I shoot for 3, but not always time.) Any thoughts on which of them is right? (Or "more right"?)

the type that will build muscle, typically a combination of low, medium and high reps. I never advise anyone to change the way they train when cutting, adjust your diet for that.
if you want add some cardio to speed up the fat burning process, preferably HIIT cardio.
