    combinations?

    hello again
I've read some books that encouraged the reader to "combine" exercices ie:
(assuming it is a bicep / tricep day) one bicep exercice, one tricep and back to bicep, and so on
but then, I've read stuff on some other websites that basically say this is not good (nutriments stealing or something??)
so, my question is: is it okay to mix two muscle groups?

also, when doing a particular muscle (ie back)
it is okay to do exercise rotation?
    like.. exercise 1 set 1
    exercise 2 set 1
    exercise 3 set 1
    exercise 1 set 2
    etc...
    thanks a lot

    edit: typos

I've read the same bunk,... and that's what it is (in most cases), BUNK!

On arm day I blast like hell,... bis - tris, bis - tris, bis - tris, etc.... arms pump like a mo fo!

On back day, after done with all back exercises, I blast the tris but not quite as extensive as arm day.

On chest day, after done with all chest exercises, I blast the bis but not quite as extensive as arm day.

Leg day is going all out twice a week.
