finally go my squat rack...few questions about routine...

    finally go my squat rack...few questions about routine...

    so i got my squat rack and weights last week and finally started working out again. AND GOOD FAWKIN LORD I AM SORE AS HELL! i made a routine and was wondering if there is anything i can add or any tips you guys can give me.

    my two main goals are to get bigger legs and go from 147lbs to 165lbs (i'm 5'10) and look cut. does my schedule look ok? and is there any other good exercises i can do with the equipment that i have?

    Monday
    Cardio

    Tuesday
    Back/Legs
    - Deadlifts
    - Pull Ups

    Wednesday
    Chest
    - Push ups/Bench Press

    Thursday
    Arms/Shoulder
    - Curls
    - Military Press

    Friday
    Legs
    - Squats
    - Calf Raises

    Saturday
    OFF DAY

    Sunday
    - (???)

    I'd take a day off after legs, and maybe after your back too. I'd consider a Pull up a back exercise, not an arm one.

    i moved my pull ups to my back/legs day.
