finally go my squat rack...few questions about routine...
so i got my squat rack and weights last week and finally started working out again. AND GOOD FAWKIN LORD I AM SORE AS HELL! i made a routine and was wondering if there is anything i can add or any tips you guys can give me.

Monday Cardio Tuesday Back/Legs - Deadlifts - Pull Ups Wednesday Chest - Push ups/Bench Press Thursday Arms/Shoulder - Curls - Military Press Friday Legs - Squats - Calf Raises Saturday OFF DAY Sunday - (???) I'd take a day off after legs, and maybe after your back too. I'd consider a Pull up a back exercise, not an arm one.
