you could either do hams on a separate day, or prioritize them, meaning do hams first.
Hi all
I'm new to bodybuilding, started out maybe 8 months back. At first I didn't train my legs but now I need my legs to catch up... I've been doing a standard leg day: quads/hams/calves. The problem is that when I'm done with the squats and leg presses I don't have the energy to really blast the hams like I'd like to, shit I can hardly walk at all. I also want to do heavy compound lifts, like leg presses with the feet high on the platform, for the hams not just the curls. So I'm thinking I need at least two days with legs and calves twice a week. Would this be overtraining? Can someone suggest a 4 day split with these things?
Thanks!

yup...you can do quads in the am and hammies in the pm. or do quads frist one training session, then hamstrings and the next session reverse the order.
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
