I do shoulders all in 1 day it works well enough for me. you may be overtraining them doing them everyday

day 1
chest (9 sets)
shoulders (medial head) (ex, laterals, upright rows) (5-6 sets)
day 2
back (10 sets)
shoulders (posterior head) 2 sets
day3
off
day 4
shoulder (anterior head) 3 sets
arms (6 and 7 sets)
day 5 off
day 6 off or repeat (depending how i feel)
somehow trying to get the abs but bulk at the same time.......

shoulders do not need a lot of extra work, they get hit indirectly with all upper body work, the main thing I focus on when I train shoulders (once per week) is the medial head.
