I had alot of energy from the holidays and went for a five mile run in 40 minutes and jumped rope for about 20 minutes, and ended my workout with abs.
The next day I woke up feeling a tingly sensation all over my body.
It wasnt the normal sore feeling. I know i over trainned so how can I recover fast? When I say fast, I mean in a day or two.
Let nature take it's course. Eat right and get some good rest. You're young and will be ready to do it again tomorrow.
