the split is fine but you need to break it up, do not weight train 4 days straight, at least go 2 on, 1 off, 2 on; and doing legs the day after specific lower back training is not too wise either.
Hello, just need some help with my workouts. Because I know you guys can help me get this right. Now if you see anything wrong or have any suggestions say what ever you feel needs to be said. I just want to do it right. I just cut for 5 months and got down to 153 from 185. My stats are Male, 17, 153, 5'10. The main goal is to bulk now. Goal 165 by December.
Workout ( about an hour )
Monday - Chest/Shoulders/Triceps
Tuesday - Lats/Biceps/Forearms
Wednesday - Traps/Lower-Back/ABS
Thursday - Legs
Friday - Off
Saturday - 20 minutes cardio
Sunday - 20 minutes cardio
