suggestions on my split

suggestions on my split

here is what i have come up with as far as my new split:

Monday: Chest & Triceps
Tuesday: Legs
Wednesday: Shoulders & Cardio
Thursday: Abs & Cardio
Friday: Back & Biceps
Saturday: Off
Sunday: Abs & Cardio

please post any suggestions or things that you think should be changed.

where are the rest days?? you need a day off on weds after your legs. at that point you will have trained two major muscle groups in a row. Why a whoele seperate day for abs btw?? why not throw them in with something.

how about this then:

Monday: Chest & Triceps

Thursday: Deltoids & Abs & Cardio
Friday: Back & Biceps
Saturday: Off
Sunday: Abs & Cardio

that looks better, except persoanlly I would wanna approach back day 100% fresh so my intensity would be optimal, maybe switch shoulders and back. I mean if this works for you then far be it for me to tell you otherwise. what are your goals anyways? from the looks of your routine cardio seems to be a high priority, are you trying to cut some BF?

definately need to cut. im tryin to get my workout in order, next is my diet. im a college student at the universitry of kentucky and its very hard to eat well.
