#1 - gear or not, "I" wouldn't train 5 days in a row
#2 - training the 2 biggest body parts legs & back on consecutive days is not a good idea. very taxing on ATP stores and the CNS
#3 - training shoulders and triceps on consective days
To much variety / To much volume
1) I'm juicing. Sus 750mg/ew, Deca 450mg/ew, D-Bol 40mg/ed
2) Is this weekly routine To much variety and To much volume, or is the volume ok but need to cut down on the number of different exercises for ea. muscle group.
You'll note that each one of my favorite exercises has 6 set. Also i do 4-6 reps as heavy as i can, making sure i get at least 4 reps.
Please post you comments and changes. Tough old man can handle it, and all you youngsters don't hesitate, I won't make you stand in the corner if I don't like you response.
