    anyone else wasted......

I do legs on Fridays because there is no possible way for me to physically do anything for a couple days after a good leg day. I'm really curious how long are most of you really sore/stiff after a good leg workout. Seems like squats deads and lunges hit my whole body (mainly legs of course..)...here it is sunday and I'm still in pain!....feels good though...

I'm right there with you. I know I did good on legs day if I am walking funky for a few days. Some people say to me.. Are you alright you're limping??" I just laugh it off. I can feel the burn 2-3 days after.

I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
