hey, I currently way 210 lbs and my height is 6'3. I trying to lose some fat and gain more muscle. My current routine is:
Monday: chest and bi
Tuesday: quads and calves
wed off
Thursday: back and bi
Friday: shoulder and hams
I like my routine the way it is but in order to lose more fat should I add cardio to my routine. I just change my diet. I don't like to do cardio really. So i guess my question can I lose fat by just weight training or do I need to throw in some cardio? Occasionally I do cardio on weds my off day.


I would switch the workouts for Thursday & Friday. and do either HIIT cardio or Max-OT cardio 2-3x a week...
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
