step up the intensity level
what would you suggest. I add weight every week. I go for more reps if i can get it in. help
what do you mean?
you said step up the intensity level. maybe i don't know what that means then. please explain 81
you could decrease the rest time, you could superset, you cuold get some forced reps in there, theres all sorts of things that you can do. You WO doesn't have to be so textbook ya know, get creative in there, get hardcore and tire yourself out quick. do something you haven't done before..Show your muscles different rep ranges. Like I see you are doing lower rep sets on the barbell press, so after that when doing the dumbell presses do a set of 20 reps or some shit like that. Include both fast twitch and slow twitch muscle fibers.. make sense what I am saying?

I had the same situation, and never felt fatigued or a good pump which is why I kept adding more and more excercises trying to feel like I had a good workout.
I am currently getting that fixated, and once I am in the same boat as you, I will give you some advice.
both of you need to learn that champoin physiques are not built in a week or in one training session. Its more important to get in and get out and get your shit done in an efficient time than to keep adding more and more volume. After a certain amount of training times most hormone levels dip except cortisol levels, which raise. Once this happens your body is gonna start burning muscle for energy. That doesn't mean cut corners, but raise the intensity level instead of just going through the motions and then be finished for the day. I believe that all beginners go through the same thing, I used to have the same problem, I didn't feel fatigued at an hour so I would go an hour and a half, and then 2 hrs. Avoid that and be patient

I had seen some pretty good results with the way I was doing things, which is why I kept it up. LAM is currently helping me out via PM's.
A pump is irrelevant, in my opinion.

its not just your opinion either DD, a pump IS irrelevantA pump is irrelevant, in my opinion.

i agree though, step up your intensity. training each bp once/week is plenty, assuming you go hard enough each time....
You're a funny guy, Sully, I like you. Dat's why I'm going to kill you lahst.

How long does it take the gear to fully kick in. 9/16 was 3 full weeks or 21 days into it

for long esters like test enan, cyp, deca and EQ right around 3 weeks...
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
i would also throw in some SLDL's on leg day.
