I was looking at a workout on Truly Huge and they say to do 5 sets of every exercise for the first 3 weeks, then three for a couple of weeks and then two for the last two weeks of the cycle. Then take a week off and start again with 5 sets??????
Burn? I hear people talk about feeling the burn. I never feel the "burn" even when I do heavy weights and more sets???
