    Question Joints

for the last 2 or 3 years ive had very clicky joints, ive been trying to get fit for about about a month and figured they would get better over time. im just starting to put on some muscle but if anything it seems to be getting worse, my arms especially. does anyone have any advice on what might be causing this or how to make it better?

I believe that "joint clicking" is when the bones start to rub together, this can lead to arthritis, I would recommend glucosomine/chrondroiten/msm supplement to help rebuild cartiliage in your joints.

but I am no doctor, so take my advice for entertainment and educational purposes only.

hmm, do you know where i could get some more information about them, also do u think it might be related to some kind of calcium deficiency because i almost never drink milk or anything with calcium until very recently.

Calcium is in the bones, your joints are soft tissue wuith fluid for lubrication.

    Glucosamine
    Chondroitin
    MSM

Would be 3 things to look into.

I wasn't trying to argue or anything. Just wanted to give the guy an idea of what it might be so he could do his own research.

EFA's also helpt to lubricate the joints...remember that EFA's are essential for normal functioning of all tissues...
