    Right when you wake up...

    should you take in like a 1 cup of oatmeal , egg whites, protein shake , and water before doing some HIIT. Ive heard that to maximize fat loss , do HIIT right when waking up in the morning. Because if you eat , then run , your not on an empty stomach. What are your thoughts?

    NEVER exercise on a completely empty stomach. how many times are you going to ask the same question !
    I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
