    Need Advice

    Ok here's somethings about me......I'm 5'10 215 no idea what my bodyfat is..... but I played college football at a D3 school..... i want a 6 pack now that I dont have to wiegh a certain wieght.... my fitness level at the moment is very high.. i lift 5 days a week 1 body part a day excpet when i do back and shoulders......i do cardio Mon, Wed, Fri, Sun for 30 minutes on the bike..... my big problem is dieting.....i eat a college cafe.......... and really only have time to eat 3 meals a day.......so if anyone can help me with that respect or anything you see im doing wrong thanks.........oh my bad .......i wanna wiegh between 185 and 195.......my max's are...... 300 bench, 495 squat, 270 powerclean, and my weak back only allows me to do like 5 wide grip pull ups........so if u got ne ideas on how to get my back stronger too i would appreciate it......also at the moment im taking CELL-TECH only carbs i get in the day....WHEY shakes and THERMO_GAIN

    For strength gains on the back side, do deadlifts. Bent rows are also a staple of people round here.
