Help me with my research paper-

    Hello,

I'm currently taking a body composition class at university this semester and right now we're looking at the effects of exercise on calorie intake and body composition, weight and fat balance. So I'm trying to get some info from a sample population and I thought you guys would be great. So I was wondering
    1) how much cardio exercise you do per week (in minutes - count anything that gets your heart rate up to a decently high level - could also be sports such as basketball)
    2) how many calories you take in on a daily basis (if you know this)
    3) what your current body weight is and body fat (if you know this as well)
    4) if your trying to gain, loose or maintain your weight.

Any info on yourselves would be a great help!
    Thanks!

You should know that I am not a bodybuilder and sometimes I think I am a bunny.
    1. Slow cardio. Just because I like it. 3x per week. 30 to 40 minutes. I will start HIIT soon.
    2. When I was cutting it was as low as 2400 calories. I am moving to 4000-4200 next week.
    3. 192 pounds, body fat must be at 16%.
    4. I am starting a bulking phase...

1)presently 7 min HIIT (building upto 15-20 min over a course of 8weeks)
    2)1900-2000
    3)171/27% (bf% result is questionable)
    4)cutting (loose weight)

Depends on what the paper is about, sounds like you left out an important piece of data. Height. I am 6', if you need that.
