Post Diet versus Training

What percentages in importance would you attribute to diet vs. training in achieving fitness goals?

I would say it's 70-80% diet and 20-30% training, that 20-30% also includes recovery time!

I agree to but it also depends on what your fitness goals are.

If your talking about running a marathon or becoming a pro athletes then your training is going to be higher but diet will always be #1 on the list along with proper rest.
