working biceps the day after doing lats
for those who have tried a split which had this combination occur at some point, how did it feel? did u feel your biceps were too tired to have an effective bicep workout after doing lats the previous day?

I try to avoid doing such a thing, but it would probably be fine. It's extremely hard to make a 100% perfect split that follows every little rule/suggestion that one might want to follow. Try it out. Trial and error is one of the most important tools one can use in the sport of bodybuilding.

I do it every week without a single problem. The biceps tend to recover quickly, and if you train back properly, they should not be overly taxed anyway. Still, if this presents a problem you can easily seperate them with this split as an example...
monday: chest/bis tuesday: legs wednesday: off thursday: back friday: shoulders/tris sat and sun: off |
