One Week Only

I'd like your feelings on this. I've been training for 4 months continously 4-5 days a week. this week I would like to kinda take a break. I did the following routine today and had plans doing the same thing Wed and Friday. I'm on gear and this three day is all compound movements. Do i need any arm work here.

All heavy Weight with exception of 2 sets of light weight warm ups on each

Bench Press 5 x 3
Military press 5 x 3
Deadlifts 5 x 2
Squats 5 x 2

TOM please do not loose your momentum or motivation.

You're on the juice to help force your body to change ... and you are just getting to the point where the gear is gonna make it self seen. Don't bail now. The change is gonna be suttle, but you will see it. You have a long range goal big guy ... keep that goal in fucus.
