    Dips or Decline/Incline Press

    Well I usually do:
    Chest ------
    Dips (x2)
    Bench Press (x3)
    Incline Bench (x3)
    Decline Bench (x3)

I think that's too much, so I was thinking about doing:
    Chest ------
    Dips (x3)
    Bench Press (x3)
Incline Bench (x3) OR Decline Bench (x3) (switch every other week)

This sounds good but I'm not sure if it's worth it. What do you guys think?
I don't train hard, eat right, and do the things I do for others. I do it for myself.

....did I mention the ladies too???

personally I like to hit my chest from each angle when I'm doing muitiple exercises per body part. IMO...11 sets is not a lot for chest is most cases
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

I normally do 8 sets or so, 6 compound 2 isolation. I also hit up shoulders with chest so the sets are minimal. Just the way p/rr/s works.

The new chest routine looks just fine.
