Use less weight. Do you sit or stand?

Keep proper form, you may be arching you lower back to much to get the weight up. As spitfire asked, do you sit or stand?

GET RID OF THE DAMN BELT! Strengthen your core and you wont need a belt thats just a crutch that will lead to further injury.

Oh, I thought he meant "belt" as in his waist line. That a good start, lose the belt when not doing excercises that make you bend forward; even then make sure you really need it.

You should never need a belt, strengthen your core and the lifts will go up, don't fool yourself and depend on a crutch or it WILL lead to an injury later on in life.

yeah make sure your sitting straight up, i see alot of people doing shoulder presses on the 90 deg bench at an angle with the butt almost off the seat trying to get the weight up. I also suggest to ditch the belt.
    Damn
