    Starter questions

    Hello everyone,

For the last 10 years,i really havnt done a thing to produce the body i have always wanted to.Although,i have tried to get into weightlifting a few times, only to fail after no more than 1 month of following my schedule. It seems when i do try,i cant get the resultes i need to keep my drive going. As a business owner,i do work alot and im usually to tired to even try.

However,i want to change this.1. For the mentallity of it. 2.For the physical form i want. 3.I deal with people alot in the line of work im in and sometimes the way i feel affects the way i "am" tward people which can hurt my business at times.

At this point i can say im really excited about getting this going.Although,as i have failed in the past,i dont want to make the same mistake again.

I have been reading up on the forum the last few days when i discovered it.Alot of good info here, but still i dont know where to start at this point.I know there are alot of scams out there that care nothing about you, they just want the money.

So,im asking if any of you would be willing to take a few moments to try and get me started in the right direction.

Such as what foods i really need to be eating?Which suppliments i should be taking? What kind of schedule and exercizes i should be focusing on?

As you can tell,im really uninformed when it comes to any of this.So no answer "no matter how simple it may be" will be wrong in my book!

For the record,im not overweight.Except for my stomach.I would like to gain as much mass as possible, for im considered slim i suppose.I stand about 6'1 and weigh 185lbs. "no telling how much of that is actually fat"

Anyway, thank you in advance for any responce i may get from this.I feel i can trust the people who post here.
