    sore forearms ?

i have started gettting soreness in my forearms when i do curls. i notice it with other lifts but not as much. actually, it is more of a pain than a soreness during the lift. any ideas of why i am going through this. should it go away?
    thanks

You can get this condition if you train your arms to much/often.

How often and how many sets do you do when you train your arms and back as most back training works your biceps/forearms, also certain other exercises like upright rows work them too, basicly any pulling movement will work your formarms (grip) so its not hard to understand how easily this body part can be overworked.
