    School Strength And Conditioning

    Hey guys,

I'm taking strength and conditioning in school (I'm a senior in high school). heres how it looks.

    monday: legs
    tuesday: conditioning
    wednesday: chest
    thursday: shoulders and back
    friday: biceps and triceps.

what do you guys think about this? O by the way, the workouts are 30 minutes everyday so i try to hit it hard. About 4 exercises in a day and like 3 sets each exercise. I just started working out like a year ago and I can bench 170. Do you guys think this is ok for me?

i dont know about the thursday to friday mix. Working out shoulders..(which you use biceps and tricpes alot for) then going to the next day with a high intense workout for bi's and tri's..should let those muscles heal a bit

I think you should throw a rest day in the middle of that somewhere. 5 consecutive days of lifting means no time for recovery. Also, the weight you bench press is completely arbitrary. If the weight is increasing, then you are doing good. There are far too many factors involved to say if 170 pounds is a good bench press for you.
