Trying to make a good three day routine

I've been training for 8 weeks now and have seen some results, but want more!

I was thinking that it was time to split up my routine and isolate each muscle group. I am looking for advice on a good t-th-s routine.

    I was thinkind of doing

    t: Chest/triceps

    th: back/biceps

    s legs/shouldrs

I'm not sure on which exercise to do though
My current workout is squats, bench press, lat pull downs, shoulder press, bicep curl and tricep pulldowns, 3 sets each twelve reps, with enough weight so i can barely get threw the 10th rep.
