Need Some Comments On My Routine

Hi

My Routine


Monday: Shoulders/abs
Tuesday: Off
Wednesday: Chest/bis
Thursday: off
Friday: Back/tris
Saturday: Legs
Sunday: Off

and Lifting on those days at night and go to sleep and in the morning 30 Mins Of Cardio .

that's not really a routine, that's more of a schedule.

what time is better to train in the morning or at night

Hi

I´m also new to the board but there have been a lot of posts about "when is the best time to train". Just click on "search" and you´ll come up with the threads.
