You just have to "want it" bad enough.

I have the opposite problem. I'm more addicted to this lifestyle right now, than i ever have been. I should be doing school work but instead im on IM reading anything and everything

I crave to get back into the gym.

The secret is to let your mind work for you, NOT against you

oh and for your problem

Just make time. I have a hella busy life but i always find time.

If im working a 12 hr shift on non-school days, I hit the gym when I get home at 9. If I have to study all day, I'll take a break in the middle and go WO.
If im at school all day, I'll WO during break. I ALWAYS find time.

If for some reason I do feel sluggish towards working out, I pick up a BB'ing mag or log onto IM.

all you need is a plan and some motivation
i know it's tough, some of us have to worry about BOTH work and study(like me ) which makes it really hard sometimes, but you'll get used to it eventually.
like i said, you just need goals and a time management plan

For a moment I thought this was Premier ( Jake's) post and I was like WTF myself!

Anyways as for your issues with motivation, maybe you're just not a morning person, like me. I love working out, I never miss my workouts, BUT if you ever wanted me to wake up at the break of dawn to lift some iron, sorry babe, it would never happen!! I am slow and chill in the mornign. So how about you try working out after school, would that suit you better?

As for the food, if it's really an issue to pack chicken and rice to bring along, stock up on oats and whey ( just add some water shake and eat), cottage cheese comes in neat little containers, boiled eggs are defintiely easy to carry and fast to wolf down..etc..

Most of all it only takes a little efforst to start all over again, but once you do, the natural high from the workout will motivate you to keep coming back.

Good luck!

If time is a constraint, you could always cut your workout time in half (or less) so the morning doesn't feel so rushed.
