What do you guys normally do in your back workout? Right now I'm performing pulldowns, seated cable rows, deadlifts, and pull ups. What about you guys?

Cool

Hey
I wasn t satisfied with my routine..so I did some changes and now looks like this
chin ups negatives(tnx supreme)
pulldowns front...immidiately after chins
T-Bar rows
hyperextensions(I m simply dumb when it comes to deadlifts)
and upper back machine..that reverse peck deck

however I miss seated rows..and i m really thinking of incorporating few sets in my routine....changing grips width from week to week
Back r my weak body part...took some pics...really really weak..well i am weak all aroud but my lats are weaker then weak....well u ll see for urself when i scan those lacking back
lol

I am sort of on a 2 week cycle. One week I work quads and hams together and the next week I split them. It depends on what week it is. When it's the full leg week, I do pullups (as many sets as it takes to get to 20 reps, adding a rep each week), chins (same thing), T-bar rows, one arm rows, cable rows.

When I split the legs and work hams on their own, I do pullups/chins, sldl and back extentions. I used to do pulldowns all the time, but now focus on the pullups/chins.

In one work-out I will use 2-3 of the following exercises: pull-ups, pull-downs (wide grip & close grip), cable rows (seated and standing), dumbbell rows and barbell rows.

Lee Kang, my back workout is similar to yours. I will do three exercises, four or five sets per exercise each time I do my back. I rotate any three exercises from the following:

Hammer Strength pulldowns
Hammer Strength rows
Seated cable rows
Pulldowns
T-bar rows
Bent-over barbell rows
pullups

I work my back every five or six days. I usualy work back and biceps together, but I change something every workout (whether it's the exercise order, exercise type, amount of weight, etc).
