    I'm not really that satisfied with any body part, but for the sake of choosing something, I voted abs. When I was younger, I never thought I'd have a six pack, but there it is!

    remember i am noob and new to all this when reading this post but i have done quite a bit on my back and latts in partic how can you notice of your backs getting bigger as its pretty difficult to see? as it is behind you lol
