    bicep angles

I've always what I would call lean biceps. They look good from the side, but skinny from the front. What are some good lifts to work the outsides and insides to effectively "widen" them from frontal perspective?

that is the genetic shape of your biceps, all you can do is build them, muscles grow as a whole.

figures, back to work I guess!

thx Robert! Could you recommend a good solid book on muscle physiology, and kinetics that is written for the layman? Im fascinated with the body and specifically the endocrine system, but most books seem to be from unqualified sources or technical for medical research.

    thanks again

Work on hammer curls, as they will build the braciallis muscle that lies under the bicep, and looks like a knot on the side of the bicep when viewed from the front.

Reverse curls will also affect this area somewhat.

This way you can create an illusion of thicker bi`s when viewed from the front.

Actually if you build this area, they will be thicker not an illusion.

    Good luck !
